Business Equip

Business Equip was formed in 2012 by husband and wife, Jim and Helen Drew. Business Equip is based at Business Revolution, the co-workers work hub in Central Norwich, UK.

Jim Drew

Following a mathematics and Actuarial degree from Southampton University, Jim spent 16 years working in IT for Aviva. He has a wealth of experience in web development, system and database design. Jim spent 2 years of his time at Aviva as an IT trainer. He more recently spent 6 years developing the conference centre at the King’s Centre and has a wide experience of customer service and also practical marketing experience along with the use of social media.

Jim formed Business Revolution, a co-workers, workhub in central norwich, with good friend James Gardiner, in 2010.

Jim runs a number of social media training courses and workshops to equip small businesses and freelancers, along with developing websites to support this activity.

Helen Drew

Helen has a degree in Physics, from Southampton University, and originally trained as a secondary school teacher. After a number of years teaching she took a career break to care for her children full-time. She has recently re-trained as a web developer and trainer.
