Over the years there have been a number of good business email services, however slowly many have become paid for services only. The one which is still free that I would recommend is from Zoho.com
Setting up your own email address is a little tricky and technical so I will now talk you through how to do it, and connect it to your domain.
Setting up your email with Zoho.com
Goto zoho.com and sign up, at this point use an existing email address you have, to create your new account. You will receive a verification email. Click on the link within the email to verify your email address.
choose LITE *
Add your company domain.
Verify Domain Ownership
Sign into your domain registration account.
Add a CNAME record, with the detail from Zoho.
Back on your zoho account click verify this can take a few minutes, before it works.
Create your new accounts.
